Submitting an inquiry via the website does not constitute a guaranteed reservation. A booking is only confirmed once availability has been checked, details have been finalized, and a deposit payment (if requested) has been received and confirmed by the Villa Vihans team.
Our standard check-in and check-out times are as follows (unless otherwise arranged in writing):
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests are expected to treat the property with respect. The booking individual is responsible for any damage caused to the villa, gardens, or amenities during their stay. Please ensure all air conditioning units are switched off when leaving the rooms to save energy.
Midigama is famous for surfing, reef swimming, and water sports. Villa Vihans accepts no liability for injuries, loss of equipment, or accidents occurring during ocean activities. Guests engage in surfing and beach excursions at their own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
